Our Parish would like to welcome Fr. Peter Hoang Van Dong, RCJ. He is one of the seven newly ordained priests in the Congregation of the Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus to which Fr. Rene and Fr. Gerald belong. He hails from Nghe An, a province of the northern of Vietnam. After finishing his high school, Fr. Peter went to Saigon to work and at the same time to study in the university. He knew the Rogationist Fathers in 2004 at the beginning of the Rogationist Mission Station in Vietnam. He was ordained a priest on the 20th of October, 2018 with other three Vietnamese priests. He will be with us for more than a month to assist Fr. Rene and Fr. Gerald ministering to our parishioners. Let us thank the Lord with Fr. Peter for the special gift of his priesthood. Let us pray for his perseverance and growth in his priestly ministry.
