You are invited to nominate someone or put forward your expression of interest (EOI) to be part of one of the following advisory and leadership groups:
- PPC - Parish Pastoral Council (6 to 8 members)
- PFC - Parish Finance Council (4 members)
- SC - Safeguarding Committee (3 to 5 members)

The membership of PPC and PFC are up for renewal and the SC requires additional members. We would like to take this opportunity to thank current members for their time, support and dedication to growing a Parish that is vibrant, with vitality and is viable.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection follows a process of prayer and discernment. These groups are about the life of a community of faith, and as such, its members should be drawn from Holy Family Parish’s faith community and reflect its diversity. Please see the presentation from the Information and Discernment evening for more information about our Parish Context.
Timetable- Sunday 27 October 2024 - Nominations and EOIs are open
- Tuesday 12 November 2024 - Information and Discernment evening
- Sunday 17 November 2024 - Nominations and EOIs are close
- Monday 18 to Friday 29 November 2024 - Prayer, Discernment, Dialogue and Decisions.
- Sunday 8 December 2024 - Introduced to the Parish Community at the Parish Priest's Installation Mass

ParisH Pastoral Council
The PPC is a consultative body which supports the Pastor in his stewardship of the parish by discernment of parish pastoral activities, in goal setting and in prioritisation of future directions to meet the parish vision.

ParISH FinanCe council
The PFC is a consultative body which provides the Pastor, the PPC and other Parish leadership bodies with financial analysis and advice concerning the stewardship of parish fiscal resources and serves the goals and priorities set by the Pastor in consultation with the PPC.

safeguarding committee
The Safeguarding Committee is an advisory body that is responsible for providing advice to, and working with, the parish priest and leadership of the parish, agency or entity to implement the Archdiocese’s Safeguarding and Wellbeing of Children and Young People Policy.
